💼 About This Role

You'll own high-voltage testing for single-crystal diamond wafer products, collaborating with OSATs and engineering teams. You'll design test systems, analyze data, and drive reliability and qualification. This role offers a chance to work with zero-emission manufacturing and cutting-edge diamond semiconductor technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with OSATs on assembly and package design for DFT/DFM.
• Co-lead design and development of bench-level characterization systems.
• Design and execute DOE, analyze yield and failure data.
• Manage reliability testing and product lifecycle milestones.

📋 Requirements

• BSEE or MSEE with 5+ years in product development.
• Hands-on experience testing power MOSFETs, SiC, GaN devices.
• Proficiency in bench automation (NI TestStand, LabVIEW, Python, C/C++).
• Experience with high-power reliability and automotive standards (VDA, IATF, AEC-Q).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with JMP for data analysis.
• Altium Designer for schematic/PCB layout.
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience.
