💼 About This Role

You'll own recruiting initiatives that directly support business objectives, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent in a competitive fintech landscape. You'll manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, from technical roles to go-to-market and operations positions, while developing innovative sourcing strategies and enhancing candidate experience. This is a 6-month fixed-term position with a hybrid option in NYC.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand immediate hiring needs across 3-5 active searches
  • Take ownership of req load, building robust pipelines through proactive sourcing and Boolean search
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and provide qualified candidates with clear assessments
  • Own 8-12 full-cycle searches across diverse functions with measurable impact on hiring metrics

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech
  • Proven track record closing searches across engineering, product, or GTM functions
  • Strong sourcing skills for building diverse pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
  • Experience managing competing priorities and stakeholder relationships

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data Science)
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience in fintech or SaaS companies
