Description

As an Operations Partner, you'll manage logistics for Bird's e-scooter and e-bike fleet in Vaughan, ensuring vehicles are charged, safe, and positioned to meet community transportation needs. You'll have flexibility to scale operations and maximize earnings.

Requirements

• Own or have consistent access to a large vehicle (van/truck) for transporting scooters/bikes
• Access to garage/warehouse with electricity for overnight charging (asset)
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Flexible schedule including weekends

Responsibilities

• Collect, deploy, relocate, and retrieve e-scooters and e-bikes daily
• Manage end-to-end operation of assigned portfolio
• Perform light field checks for safety and environmental compliance
• Problem-solve in real-time to overcome obstacles
• Navigate local geography efficiently
