💼 About This Role

You'll drive revenue growth and expand Aleph's footprint in Latvia, owning a book of business and identifying new opportunities. You'll proactively sell Microsoft Advertising solutions to new and existing advertisers while building strategic client partnerships across key verticals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Sell Microsoft Advertising solutions to new and existing advertisers.
• Proactively generate leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Build and maintain a network of contacts across key verticals.
• Lead client onboarding including legal and compliance requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of digital advertising experience in business development, account management, or ad sales.
• Strong commercial skills with direct revenue responsibility.
• Direct experience in paid search advertising and performance advertising.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
