💼 About This Role

You'll own the full sales cycle for mid-market companies (500-2,000 FTEs) at Europe's leading freelance marketplace. You will drive digital transformation by connecting clients with top freelance talent, acting as a trusted advisor to C-Levels and HR Directors. This role combines execution rigor with strategic business acumen in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and execute outbound prospecting strategies to build pipeline.
  • Run in-depth discovery sessions using the MEDDIC framework.
  • Own the entire sales process from demo to contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer handover.

📋 Requirements

  • German native and strong English proficiency.
  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in BDR and AE roles.
  • Experience selling to senior stakeholders (C-level or decision-makers).
  • Strong discipline in MEDDIC fundamentals and CRM management.
