You'll join Ravio's Web App engineering team building a data + SaaS platform for compensation management. You'll end-to-end deliver new modules from planning through testing, working directly with technical co-founders. This role offers high impact in a rapidly growing startup backed by world-class investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end development of new features and modules
• Work with technical co-founders on planning and architecture
• Write high-quality code in TypeScript, React, Node, PostgreSQL
• Contribute to code reviews and maintenance across the stack

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a software engineer
• Senior-level proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node, and PostgreSQL
• Ability to contribute across the full stack
