In this role, you will support the Exteriors department by developing and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and vendors, handling customer inquiries, managing service schedules, and resolving issues to ensure superior customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiencies in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• 3+ years work experience
• Account Management experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive vendor relations
• Handle customer calls and email requests for services
• Manage scheduling and completion of all services
• Identify, research and resolve customer issues using web-based systems
• Source new vendors as needed
