• Review and approve consumer loan applications up to board limits
• Supervise, train, and coach consumer lending team members
• Conduct branch visits to assist with training needs
• Develop and maintain departmental written procedures

📋 Requirements

• Knowledge of consumer and mortgage loan products
• Proficiency in loan origination software and PC applications
• Ability to lead and manage departmental goals
• Communication skills for diverse audiences
