You'll conduct coding audits and ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS guidelines at Theoria Medical. Your work will directly impact coding accuracy and regulatory compliance across a growing national healthcare organization. This remote role offers advanced technology and collaborative leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform detailed reviews of medical record documentation and coding
• Analyze audit findings to identify compliance trends and risks
• Develop and deliver educational sessions on coding best practices
• Prepare reports on audit findings and recommendations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of medical coding and auditing experience
• CPC, CCS, or CPMA certification required
• Extensive knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS coding systems
• Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
