As City Development Manager, you will take ownership of your city's performance, driving awareness, distribution, and market share for Juul Labs. You'll lead strategic customer management, execute on-the-ground activities, and tailor city strategies to maximize commercial impact.

Requirements

• Proven commercial acumen and track record in driving growth
• Hands-on experience in field execution and account management
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Self-driven and results-oriented with ownership mindset
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio of influential accounts and route-to-market relationships
• Drive on-the-ground execution including merchandising and event execution
• Tailor and execute city-level commercial strategy
• Coordinate third-party field sales teams for consistent delivery
• Monitor and report city-level sales data and market insights
