You'll lead the AI Platform product area at Talkdesk, shaping cutting-edge AI solutions for customer engagement. You'll drive strategic product leadership and people management to accelerate growth and market leadership. You'll serve as the face of the AI platform, engaging with customers and partners to drive adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead product development from ideation to launch
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback
• Use data and metrics to optimize product performance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record of launching complex products
• Strong understanding of AI technologies
• Experience in agile development environment

• Experience managing a portfolio of AI-driven products

• Experience with LLMs, prompts, and vectors
