Description

As a Physical Therapist Assistant with BAYADA, you will provide treatment, tests, and client education to adult and geriatric patients in senior living communities, working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You'll help clients attain or maintain optimal physical well-being through per-visit home health care, with the support of PPE supplies, infection prevention protocols, and a caring team.

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification as PTA in Pennsylvania
• Graduate of a two-year college level program approved by APTA, or one year experience with proficiency exam
• At least one year's work experience under supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist
• Client education on exercises and home programs
• Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being
