💼 About This Role

You'll manage daily operations for homebuilder partnerships, ensuring efficient installations and timely problem resolution. You'll improve and scale processes to support Base Power's growth. This role sits between builders, installers, and internal teams to turn one-off problems into scalable processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee installer invoices to monitor accuracy
• Track installer performance and create quality reports
• Collaborate with Member Support, Logistics, and Field Service to resolve installation issues
• Manage procedure to contract and track installation of soft starts in all Texas metros

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in operations management or project management
• Proficiency with ERP systems and data visualization
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to understand basic functions of hardware and communicate issues
