🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver improvement initiatives end-to-end from problem definition to measured outcomes.
• Map and analyze end-to-end patient journeys to identify friction and defects.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to diagnose issues and drive iterative improvement.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on current and future state.

📋 Requirements

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent) with strong Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Proven experience implementing operational improvements in fast-paced regulated environments.
• Demonstrable ability to move quickly from analysis to action and deliver tangible change.
• Solid stakeholder management and facilitation skills across cross-functional teams.

• Experience with BPMN 2.0 process mapping.
• Experience in healthtech or pharmaceutical settings.
