You'll own campaign creative for a modern banking platform, taking the established brand further across OOH, digital, social, events, and partner moments. You'll directly shape how a founder audience sees Rho, blending motion and AI into design workflows to ship faster and push creative boundaries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Extend and evolve Rho's visual identity across all touchpoints
• Drive campaign creative end-to-end from concept to production
• Design with motion in mind, partnering with video team
• Translate complex financial concepts into visual storytelling

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in brand design with agency and in-house mix
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual range and systems thinking
• Fluency with AI design tools already active in workflow
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Understanding of product design principles
• Experience in Cinema 4D, Blender, or 3D tools
• Background in art direction or creative strategy
