You'll own and scale XBOW's regional marketing presence across EMEA, including UKI, Nordics, Benelux, and France. You'll drive pipeline generation and market leadership through integrated programs, events, and localized content. This role sits at the intersection of field marketing, product marketing, sales, and partnerships in a high-growth AI cybersecurity startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute EMEA regional marketing strategy across key markets
• Build and scale integrated programs: field events, webinars, campaigns
• Partner with sales to support pipeline generation and ABM
• Localize global messaging for cultural and market relevance

📋 Requirements

• Regional marketing experience across multiple European markets
• B2B SaaS or cybersecurity domain experience
• Proven track record driving measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
• End-to-end program ownership with high autonomy
