Description

You will design and build automation tools and platform capabilities using Go and Python to improve the reliability and efficiency of our global SaaS platform. You'll work closely with engineering teams to enhance observability, incident response, and CI/CD pipelines while reducing operational toil through code.

Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in software development, platform engineering, SRE, or DevOps
• Strong programming skills in Go or Python
• Linux fundamentals and code-based solution design
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud providers, IaC tools, and CI/CD
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, and SRE principles

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automation tools and platform capabilities using Go/Python
• Build internal tools and workflows to improve operational efficiency
• Develop automation frameworks for incident response, monitoring, and compliance validation
• Enhance observability solutions including alerting and SLO management
• Deploy application updates using automation tools and participate in on-call duties
