💼 About This Role

You'll architect and deploy Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 control systems for robotic and precision-assembly manufacturing lines. Your work will directly impact connectivity from space by building a LEO satellite system. You'll integrate with Fanuc robots and EtherCAT for world-class reliability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and program Beckhoff PLCs using TwinCAT 3 with Structured Text and FBD.
• Configure EtherCAT topologies, motion axes, and I/O mapping.
• Integrate Beckhoff systems with Fanuc robots and sensors over TCP/IP, OPC-UA.
• Support on-site commissioning and debugging of production automation cells.

📋 Requirements

• 3–8 years hands-on Beckhoff/TwinCAT 3 experience in production automation.
• PLC programming in Structured Text, Ladder, and FBD.
• Motion control tuning and EtherCAT configuration.
• Electrical schematics and industrial communication protocols.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Fanuc robots and end effectors.
• Background in aerospace, semiconductor, or satellite manufacturing.
• Safety PLC programming experience.
