💼 About This Role

You'll lead the commercial success of Zen Educate in supporting schools in Truro. You'll own commercial output, set targets, build relationships with school leaders, and upskill wider teams. This role offers great responsibility and autonomy to shape the product and drive growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own commercial output and execute strategies for schools in Truro
• Build strategic relationships with school leaders and trust CEOs
• Provide line management to Account Managers
• Design and execute effective marketing campaigns

📋 Requirements

• Prior management experience of at least one year with direct line management of more than two people
• Good understanding of pain points of schools and passion for solving them
• Commercial leadership or school leadership experience with demonstrated success
• History of rapid career growth and excitement for further growth
