You'll lead Toptal's Industries function, driving GTM strategy and revenue across verticals. You'll build trusted relationships with senior executives and oversee scalable account management processes. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership to accelerate growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with GMs to align industry verticals with service lines
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives at key clients
• Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-industry opportunities
• Own quarterly planning including revenue targets and headcount strategy

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of executive leadership experience in B2B services or consulting
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth across multiple industry verticals
• Experience building and scaling high-performing GTM teams
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships at the C-suite level
