You'll drive growth for The Verge's subscription and podcast portfolio, accelerating subscriber acquisition and registered user growth. You'll sit at the center of audience growth and brand storytelling, working closely with editorial, audio, and product teams. This role combines strategic marketing with hands-on campaign execution in a fast-paced editorial environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end campaign development for subscription and growth initiatives
• Write conversion-focused copy across newsletters, landing pages, and paid media
• Manage marketing budgets and track KPIs like subscriber growth and ROI
• Own podcast growth strategy and cross-channel distribution

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in growth marketing, communications, or audience development
• Demonstrated experience driving subscription or registered user growth
• Proven success with influencer or media amplification
• Exceptional writing skills for conversion copy and narratives
