Provide engaging childcare in families' homes as a CareBenefits caregiver. You'll be matched with families based on your experience, location, and availability, creating a safe and nurturing environment for children.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Minimum 1 weekday availability (8 consecutive hours, 6am-8pm)
• Related childcare experience
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 15 miles from home
• Adult, Infant, and Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification (reimbursement provided)

Responsibilities

• Conduct intro calls with families
• Care for children in their homes (typically 8-hour days)
• Follow parents' schedules and rules
• Perform household duties related to care (e.g., cleaning after meals and activities)
