💼 About This Role

You'll own the Demand system end-to-end for Fleek's secondhand fashion marketplace, leading a team of ~5 engineers. Your work will directly drive revenue, growth, and customer retention by building the product surface across mobile, web, and backend. This role offers a rare opportunity to design the transaction layer for an industry that has never had technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build the full-stack Demand system across mobile, web, and backend.
• Lead and develop a team of ~5 engineers, setting technical direction and standards.
• Integrate FleekSort's AI classification engine into the marketplace experience.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to define features that drive conversion and retention.

📋 Requirements

• 6–12+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack expertise.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in a product-oriented environment.
• Strong background in building scalable systems handling high-volume transactions.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment with rapid iteration.
