You'll work on deal sourcing, founder evaluation, market sizing, term sheet negotiation, and portfolio construction. This role bridges human expertise with cutting-edge AI model training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze VC deals across stages and sectors
• Evaluate founder quality and team dynamics
• Perform market sizing and competitive landscape analysis
• Review and refine investment memos and term sheets

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of VC investing at a top-tier fund
• Principal or Partner level experience
• Track record of leading or co-leading deals
• Deep expertise in early-stage or growth-stage investments
