You will oversee a team of Technical Account Managers, ensuring exceptional technical support and account management. You'll use data-driven decision-making to optimize processes and drive customer success, while mentoring your team and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities
- Build a high-performance culture through inclusive hiring, performance coaching, and career development
- Develop scalable workflows using AI-assisted tools for technical health checks and account reviews
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning for scaling the TAM team
- Apply data-driven analysis to identify risks, dependencies, and efficiency opportunities
