Description

As a Senior Staff Data Scientist on the Borrow team, you will leverage data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning to uncover insights that directly influence product strategy and revenue growth. You will serve as a technical leader, building reliable data foundations, mentoring team members, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive business impact.

Requirements

• Master’s or above in quantitative field (Statistics, Math, Economics, CS, Engineering)
• 10+ years experience driving data-driven decisions in Tech or Finance
• Proactive with minimal direction, driving measurable business impact
• Experience with Airflow, DBT, Snowflake, SQL, Python
• Experience with data visualization (Tableau, Looker) and deploying ML models at scale
