You'll design and deploy production AI systems for secure, distributed environments in the public sector. Your work will transform prototype models into scalable, efficient systems running on government cloud infrastructure and edge devices. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy agentic workflows for multi-step reasoning and tool use.
• Productionize AI models from research prototypes into scalable systems.
• Engineer adaptive ML systems with LoRA, PEFT, and on-device inference.
• Implement model optimization techniques like quantization and pruning.

📋 Requirements

• Active US Security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
• 5+ years in applied AI or production ML systems
• Deep proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers
• Experience deploying AI models across cloud, edge, and mobile hardware

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with edge AI or federated learning
• Understanding of AI governance and compliance frameworks
• Experience integrating models into distributed systems
