Description

You will lead the global strategy for identifying and securing new data center sites, focusing on power and energy needs for hyperscale infrastructure, and partner with utilities and internal teams to ensure optimal site selection and development.

Requirements

• Senior leader responsible for site selection strategy
• Expertise in power markets, land constraints, and infrastructure scalability
• Experience with due diligence including ESAs, ALTA surveys, and geotechnical reports
• Knowledge of entitlement processes and jurisdictional coordination
• Ability to interface with utilities, regulators, and local jurisdictions
