🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and validate causal models for business campaigns
• Define causal estimation methodologies aligned with business context
• Design and implement Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs)
• Estimate causal impact using appropriate statistical techniques

📋 Requirements

• 3–4 years developing causal inference models and experiments
• Strong foundations in statistics, probability, and applied econometrics
• Advanced proficiency in Python and R for causal inference
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and PySpark for large datasets

• AI tooling proficiency for optimizing day-to-day work
