You will lead, support, and inspire a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Reps across the Southeast region, focusing on attracting top talent, nurturing growth, and consistently exceeding ambitious quarterly and annual goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years leading Enterprise sales teams
• Track record of overachievement annually
• Experience selling through security channel partners
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles
• Background using MEDDIC

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Reps across a specific geography
• Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
• Manage and maintain sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing
• Play a key role in developing the GTM strategy
