You'll oversee construction projects to ensure quality, schedule, and safety at a design-focused firm. You'll support the Senior PM in managing documentation, client communication, and weekly progress meetings. Your proactive approach will drive repeat business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee construction phases to meet quality and code requirements
• Manage Master Schedule and monitor milestones and budget
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs to identify risks
• Coordinate subcontractors and resolve on-site issues

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial site supervision experience
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
• Fluency in Spanish with strong public speaking
• English language proficiency mandatory

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Procore, Revit, Newforma, Bluebeam
• Tenant improvements and retrofits in industrial settings
• Knowledge of LEED principles and cost analysis
