You will lead cross-product technology strategy and architecture for facility management software. Drive alignment on technical vision, mentor teams, and guide decision-making in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience with Ruby on Rails, .Net, or related
• Exposure to architectural patterns of highly scalable apps
• Experience with modern frontend stack (JS, TypeScript, React, Redux)
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
• Deep understanding of RESTful web services design

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-product technology strategy and alignment
• Partner with architects and stakeholders on long-term vision
• Drive org-wide conversations on technical issues and practices
• Evaluate and recommend solutions, guide team decision-making
• Define standard software engineering/architecture practices
