💼 About This Role

You'll architect and build integrations across Hover's GTM stack, powering Sales, Marketing, and CX teams. You'll drive AI-powered automation and data pipeline health to enable revenue teams to scale without adding headcount. This net new senior role offers deep ownership in a small, high-impact team backed by leading investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and build reliable integrations across the GTM stack using tools like Salesforce, Slack, Braze, Intercom, and Clay.
• Identify and eliminate manual work by designing automation that scales across GTM teams.
• Contribute to AI-powered GTM initiatives, embedding LLM-based tooling and intelligent automation.
• Own data pipeline health across the GTM ecosystem, monitoring syncs and resolving failures.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of integration and automation experience with complex SaaS ecosystems.
• Data fluency: write SQL with confidence and experience with modern data platforms like Snowflake.
• GTM tooling familiarity across Sales, Marketing, or CX tooling.
• Scripting fluency: write scripts in Python, Ruby, Java, or similar, and work with cloud data platforms.
