You'll own Net Revenue Retention for a $5Mโ$10M portfolio and drive expansion in a rebuild-phase SaaS business. This high-ownership role combines sales discipline with customer outcomes to shape the future of our customer organization.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own NRR for your book of business, delivering expansion, renewal, and retention targets
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and progress them to close
- Build and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline (3โ4x coverage) against quota
- Proactively manage renewal cycles and execute recovery plans for at-risk accounts
๐ Requirements
- 4โ8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
- Proven track record independently closing expansion opportunities
- Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
- Previous experience in Transportation Management Systems or last-mile/logistics technology
- Daily use of AI in customer-facing and revenue workflows
