You'll work with customers to design and deploy integrations of Linkup's AI-ready search APIs. Your core impact will be shaping the product roadmap and GTM strategy through technical insights. This role bridges engineering and customer success at a fast-moving AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, prototype, and deploy API integrations for customers.
• Participate in pre-sales technical discovery and proof-of-concept design.
• Collaborate with backend, ML, and product teams on performance and reliability.
• Translate customer learnings into automation, tutorials, and playbooks.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in software engineering or solutions engineering.
• Strong API integration skills (REST/JSON, auth flows, latency optimization).
• Understanding of web infrastructure, distributed systems, or retrieval pipelines.
• Comfort debugging integrations in customer environments.
