You'll ensure non-clinical clinic success as the second-in-command to the Clinical Director, managing scheduling, patient onboarding, and team morale. You'll drive an efficient, positive environment for teammates and patients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule new patient assessments and family tours
• Manage patient onboarding and attendance tracking
• Lead clinic morale committee and engagement activities
• Assist with budget, hiring, and performance management

📋 Requirements

• 4-year degree from accredited university
• 2+ years healthcare experience
• 1+ year managing a large team of hourly employees
• Ability to work 7am-4pm weekdays with occasional evenings/weekends
