• Design and implement core product operating systems and cadences
• Translate executive strategy into structured execution frameworks
• Build dashboards and workflows for product visibility and alignment
• Manage and evolve the Product Operations tool stack

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or similar roles
• 2+ years people management experience
• Proven experience designing scaled product development processes
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design

• Experience in strategy & operations or consulting background
• Data and dashboard proficiency for operational visibility
