🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build reliable, observable, and scalable data platform
• Drive strategy behind data architecture and tooling
• Collaborate with product, reporting, and platform teams
• Mentor other engineers and establish best practices

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering or adjacent backend roles
• Proven success building and scaling data pipelines, platform, and infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of AWS and open-source data tools (Spark, Iceberg, Kafka, dbt, etc.)
• Excellent communication for driving prioritization with internal teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform preferred)
• Prior experience in a regulated environment (e.g., healthcare, finance)
