You'll oversee daily studio operations at Rowan, leading a team of Nurse Piercers while performing piercings and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You'll drive sales and maintain clinical safety standards in a joyful retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform ear piercings and educate customers on aftercare
• Lead, coach, and develop studio staff to meet sales targets
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and payroll compliance
• Mentor new nurses on clinical piercing standards

📋 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license
• 3-5 years of retail management experience
• Proven ability to drive sales and optimize store profitability
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

• Jewelry experience
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to piercing
• Analytical skills with retail math
