You'll own the design, reliability, and evolution of Rwazi's global data engine, ensuring high-quality data generation at scale. This role requires immediate stabilization of execution under load, followed by systematic automation to reduce manual dependency. You'll transform the system so it becomes predictable, controlled, and scalable.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Eliminate backlog and restore predictable throughput immediately
• Design scalable acquisition, activation, and retention systems globally
• Replace ad hoc processes with structured, measurable operating systems
• Partner with Product to translate bottlenecks into automation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building or scaling complex distributed execution systems
• Experience in high-scale logistics, distributed infrastructure, or complex B2B systems
• Strong quantitative intuition around throughput, cost, and system dynamics
• Proven ability to move from chaos to structure quickly
