You'll own customer projects end-to-end, managing timelines, stakeholders, and outcomes while acting as the primary point of contact for insurers. You'll drive time-to-value by bringing pricing models and integrations live using AI and automation to improve delivery. Backed by a16z, you'll help scale a multi-product platform in a $7 trillion industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own customer projects end-to-end, managing timelines, stakeholders, risks, and outcomes.
• Support customers in going live with hx Renew quickly and effectively.
• Create and maintain clear project progress views including milestones and risks.
• Apply AI and automation to improve project execution and visibility.

📋 Requirements

• Delivered or contributed to SaaS or technology projects.
• Worked directly with stakeholders and adapted communication across audiences.
• Demonstrated project management fundamentals (planning, risk tracking).
• Taken initiative to improve a process, tool, or way of working.
