💼 About This Role

You'll build the marketing function at QuantWare, a company developing quantum processors with unique VIO™ technology. Your core impact will be explaining QuantWare's technology and its position in the ecosystem to customers, partners, analysts, and investors. This role reports to the CEO with a leadership team seat and potential to grow into a CMO role as the company scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute corporate positioning across the company and refine it over time.
• Translate technology into clear language for each audience.
• Run CEO thought-leadership program including keynotes and op-eds.
• Stand up industry analyst program and build institutional investor narrative.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in marketing with 4+ years in a hypergrowth tech company.
• Experience building or substantially rebuilding a marketing function.
• Track record in corporate marketing and executive communications for technical audiences.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with analyst relations and institutional investor marketing.
• Background in quantum computing or advanced compute sectors.
• Familiarity with EU and US policy environment.
