📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Intelligence or talent acquisition analytics
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights, Eightfold, or Findem
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Visier
