You'll own and execute organic social media and email marketing campaigns for a growing consultancy. You'll collaborate with designers and writers to drive engagement and support SEO. This role offers the chance to build a marketing team from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute organic social media calendar across platforms
• Set up and optimize email marketing campaigns and workflows
• Support on-page SEO and keyword tracking
• Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from social platforms

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on digital marketing or growth role experience
• Proven experience managing organic social channels
• Solid understanding of email marketing including segmentation and automation
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals like on-page optimization and keyword research

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and/or Looker Studio
• Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM or Marketing Hub
• Comfortable setting up basic automations (HubSpot workflows, Zapier)
