💼 About This Role

You'll join the Customer Lifecycle Management team to build and maintain backend services that empower other developers. You'll own scalable customer lifecycle systems for over 15k B2B/B2G customers, impacting mission-critical platform components like identity, metering, and licensing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate across teams to shape system requirements and align with business goals.
• Design and drive high-priority platform projects from start to finish.
• Own feature development lifecycle from requirements to production deployment.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable backend infrastructure for other teams.
• Conduct code reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior software engineer designing and delivering high-quality products.
• Deep understanding of Java (v21,25) and the Spring framework family.
• Experience with Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Ability to lead projects from design through delivery and mentor junior engineers.

• Experience with ClickHouse or similar columnar databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP across multiple regions.
• Knowledge of modern AI-powered development tools.
