💼 About This Role

You'll lead cyber incident response for civilian Government agencies, conducting triage and investigation of intrusions. Your work will directly impact national security by identifying threats and coordinating resolution across enterprise networks. This role offers the opportunity to support critical infrastructure in a team-oriented environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Correlate incident data to identify trends in reported incidents.
• Perform CND incident triage to determine scope, urgency, and impact.
• Research and compile resolution steps for potential CND incidents.
• Track and document incidents from detection through final resolution.

📋 Requirements

• BS degree in Incident Management, Cybersecurity, or related field (or HS + 7-9 years experience).
• 5+ years of directly relevant experience in cyber incident management or cybersecurity operations.
• Knowledge of incident response and handling methodologies.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-61 (revised) and FISMA standards.

• GCIH, GCFA, GISP, GCED, CCFP, or CISSP certification.
• Knowledge of operational threat environments (script kiddies, nation-state).
