- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Support Specialists
- Monitor showroom volume and balance workloads for seamless coverage
- Serve as primary escalation point for regional client support issues
- Enforce adherence to service standards and email response-time requirements
๐ Requirements
- 2-4 years of administrative or project management experience
- 1-2 years in a Team Lead or Supervisor capacity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel preferred) and ERP systems
- Enjoy fact-checking and ensuring details are correct
