Description
As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will deploy and support Anduril's Mission Autonomy systems for military defense projects worldwide. You'll handle hardware setup, software configuration, troubleshooting, and field support, working directly with engineering teams to iteratively improve products.
Requirements
- 3+ years problem-solving in unstructured environments at interface of hardware, software, and networking
- Experience with Linux system administration
- Proficient with Kubernetes and Docker
- Proficient in hands-on assembly, repair, and maintenance of technical hardware
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the year, including up to two months at a time to remote regions
Responsibilities
- Support military defense projects with technical operations, field maintenance, and customer support
- Provide end-to-end support for Mission Autonomy systems, including hardware setup and software configuration
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured environments
- Manage low-voltage and high-voltage electrical components
- Conduct incident response root-cause analyses and implement preventive measures
