Description

You'll be the primary ambassador for visitors, vendors, and callers, managing daily front desk operations, streamlining processes, coordinating meeting spaces, and supporting new hire onboarding in a professional and welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in front desk, receptionist, facilities, or administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm in-office in Warsaw
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Build a best-in-class front desk experience as primary ambassador for visitors, vendors, and callers
  • Manage daily front desk operations including phone handling, visitor registration, and mail/package processing
  • Coordinate meeting room schedules, prepare meeting spaces, and manage on-site technology and catering requests
  • Support new hire onboarding logistics by preparing access, workspaces, and welcome materials
  • Execute administrative tasks such as document preparation, photocopying, filing, and record keeping
