Description

You will deliver instructor-led training for entry-level to mid-level IT Support careers, including daily instruction, assessment, and student support. Collaborate with the team to identify student needs and maintain curricula and classroom materials.

Requirements

1-3 years teaching or training experience
Advanced knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux OS
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware ESXI, VirtualBox, Hyper-V)
Proficiency with LAN/WAN/VLAN, routing, switching, TCP/IP
Experience with remote administration tools (InTune, RDP, TeamViewer)

Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led training and administer assessments
Monitor individual student progress and provide one-on-one tutoring
Provide students with relevant learning resources
Update Salesforce and LMS with student data
Support and maintain training curricula and lesson plans
